Rafting is an interesting sport for the water adventurers. In the rainy period is the most suitable time for this activity. Because of big amount of water and strengthen tides challenge the tourists come to get fun. I am talking about " Kek reiver" that is in Amphoe Wang Thong, Phitsanulok.
The origin of Kek River is from Phetchabun massif in Amphoe Khao Khor area. This river through "Tung Salang Luang Nation Park" to "Sri Dist waterfall" and to "Kang Sopa waterfall" that the beautiful place in Phitsanulk province. Kek river parallel flow with route number 12 that is Phitsanulok-Lomsak Road and has many islands. The suitable period to rafting is July - October because it has much amount of water.
The rafting's distance is around 8 kilometers or about 3 hours. You will are exciting with boat throughout the way and you will see the scenery that cover by the several trees. There are many difficult levels from 1-5 level and through 18 islands all the way.
