Phitsanulok' s people noodle eating style by leg dangling, it likes a symbol of Phitsanulok. It is describable that if you are not eat this noodle, you have not yet reach Phitsanulok.
Now a day, there are a few bistros which are stand on Nan riverside, back of Wat Phrasi Ratana Mahathat Temple or Wat Yai.
You can dangling your legs as you can (if there are enough seats). There are many menu such Sour soup noodle, Pad-thai, fried dumplings, fried meat balls, coconut dessert in cup.
